v0.10.1Current release27 September 2026
NIGEL keeps his tally straight
When NIGEL finds something useful, the rest of the page should hear about it. Review counts now catch up with new email suggestions, and the Tasks shortcut takes you straight to the right place. Fewer little mysteries, more useful next steps.
- Email review totals refresh after suggestions are generated or reviewed.
- Watched clients wait for the next day when the research allowance is used, without reporting a false connection error.
- The Tasks shortcut opens the email-suggestion section directly.
- Public research distinguishes the checking date from the dates of the news it cites.
Good to know
Suggestions and research remain for review; tasks are created only after you confirm the work, responsible person and date.
v0.10.027 September 2026
NIGEL clocks in — and shows his working
A quiet screen should not leave you wondering whether NIGEL has gone for a very long lunch. You can now see what email context is available, what still needs syncing and how his scheduled work is getting on.
- Outlook safely handles extra AI evidence selections while keeping every shared quotation tied to its source.
- Overview, NIGEL and Tasks explain incomplete mailbox coverage and the difference between suggestions and saved work.
- Follow-ups show the responsible mailbox owner, and My Day links to the team view.
- Scheduled email scans report their last result or failure; research shows whether it is enabled and how many clients are watched.
Good to know
Email suggestions still need review of the work, owner and due date before becoming tasks. Public research uses selected client websites; private social accounts are not monitored.
v0.9.527 September 2026
Sync now has something to say
Pressing Sync now should earn you more than a moment of suspense. Outlook now tells you when your request is queued, when work is running and when a batch finishes — NIGEL has found his customer-service voice.
- Clear, lasting feedback sits beside the connection buttons, including request failures.
- Settings refreshes connection status automatically every ten seconds and shows the latest successful batch time.
- Historical catch-up is clearly distinguished from a completed batch, so you know what is still happening.
- Outlook setup copy now reads: Connect once, then sync automatically.
Good to know
Sync now queues background work. Larger mailboxes can need several batches to finish catching up.
v0.9.427 September 2026
NIGEL borrows a highlighter
NIGEL now picks useful passages from your emails and lets the CRM copy the original words exactly. Think highlighter, with less fluorescent stationery. Reliable evidence gives your team useful context without the quotation hiccups.
- AI selects existing email passages; the CRM creates quotations directly from the source, preserving wording and formatting.
- Every selected passage is checked before it becomes a shared extract. Unknown selections and invented claims are blocked.
- Outlook catch-up keeps its saved progress and uses your existing read-only connection.
Good to know
Email processing examines up to 18,000 characters and 512 source passages per email. Originals remain private; automatic task creation still requires review.
v0.9.327 September 2026
NIGEL checks his quotations
Outlook emails have a talent for unusual line breaks. NIGEL now recovers the original wording when formatting gets in the way, and takes one more careful look if an extract fails his checks. Less getting stuck; the same insistence on facts.
- Harmless spacing differences are resolved by quoting the actual original email text.
- A rejected AI extraction gets one bounded retry with clearer copying instructions; invented or changed claims remain blocked.
- Your connection and saved catch-up progress are preserved.
Good to know
Mailboxes continue catching up automatically. If another issue occurs, the notification bell and Settings show it.
v0.9.227 September 2026
Better clues, fewer shrugs
When NIGEL cannot verify an email extract, support now gets a useful clue instead of a mystery. Your email stays private, and anything he cannot prove stays unpublished.
- Safe diagnostic references distinguish incomplete AI replies from formatting and source-check failures, helping us get Outlook unstuck.
Good to know
This improves diagnosis; it does not bypass the checks that keep unsupported claims out of your CRM.
v0.9.127 September 2026
Outlook turns the page
Your mailbox catch-up can move past a Microsoft continuation link that previously stopped it in its tracks. Fewer false starts, more useful client context — NIGEL can put the waiting-room magazines down.
- Outlook sync accepts Microsoft's supported continuation links so it can save its place and keep catching up.
- Existing connections and saved progress are preserved. No need to disconnect or start again.
- Private originals stay private, and the CRM's read-only mailbox access is unchanged.
Good to know
Large mailboxes still take time to catch up. Connection alerts report any other issues that need attention.
v0.9.027 September 2026
A little bell. A lot less guesswork.
Your CRM now taps you on the shoulder when something needs attention and gives new features a proper hello. Less hunting through Settings. More time for clients. NIGEL approves — he’d rather be finding leads anyway.
- Catch little problems before they become big ones: the new bell flags connection hiccups wherever you are in the CRM.
- Keep your promises in view: find your due tasks and waiting reviews in one handy place, instead of remembering where to look.
- Less “something went wrong”, more “here’s what to do”: clearer sync messages help you get unstuck, with a reference an administrator can use to investigate.
- Meet new features when you sign in, see why they’re useful, then get on with your day. We’ll remember you’ve seen them — even when you switch computers.
Good to know
Notifications are inside the CRM. They do not send emails or browser push notifications.
v0.8.027 September 2026
NIGEL brings his notebook — and a radar
NIGEL can now help turn recorded relationships into a practical growth plan: reusable reports, clearer client priorities, cited public research and proposal drafts grounded in approved material. He still expects a human to check his homework.
- Save report definitions, refresh figures from the CRM and export CSV, with stage, business, owner and month views.
- Review relationship signals, cross-business introduction ideas, data-quality issues and explicitly dated renewal reminders.
- Research clients on the public web, follow clickable sources and record which ideas are useful, pursued or won.
- Approve service and case-study material, generate personal proposal drafts, edit them and export reviewed drafts.
- Administrators can enable bounded weekly research and hourly email-suggestion scans. Both start off; tasks still require review.
- Release notes open in a new tab without signing in, including old /releases bookmarks.
- Questions search relevant shared evidence beyond the latest-record window. Every page has a dynamic version link and a readable changelog.
Good to know
Email tasks still need human review. Automatic task allocation remains gated on a measured live-mail pilot.
v0.7.025 September 2026
Meet NIGEL — Nice Group Extra Leads
AI answers need the existing OpenAI configuration. Task suggestions need published Outlook extracts; real-mail validation remains outstanding. Private originals and private reviews are excluded. NIGEL cannot send email or change deals.
- NIGEL answers questions about shared CRM records with linked evidence and a visible coverage limit. Choose a client or ask across the current business view.
- My Day brings together your due tasks, stalled deals including shared responsibility, and recorded unanswered-email signals. Pipeline charts use calculated CRM figures.
- Find email tasks reviews a client's recent shared extracts. Edit the suggested task, confirm an active owner and choose a due date before creating it. Suggestions are shared and repeated acceptance cannot create duplicate tasks.
Good to know
AI answers need the existing OpenAI configuration. Task suggestions need published Outlook extracts; real-mail validation remains outstanding. Private originals and private reviews are excluded. NIGEL cannot send email or change deals.
Email task scans run when requested. They cover up to 30 extracts from the last 30 days and are limited to one suggestion per extract. There is a limit of 30 AI requests per person per London calendar day.
v0.6.024 September 2026
A shared priority order for every pipeline
The stage selector remains available for keyboard and smaller-screen use. Priority and ordering affect presentation only; deal ownership and forecast calculations are unchanged.
- Deal cards can be dragged into an exact vertical position within a stage or placed precisely when moving to another stage. The saved order is shared with the whole CRM team.
- Each stage has a Priority focus area. Pin the few opportunities that need attention, then arrange pinned and normal deals independently.
- Reordering while search, business or owner filters are active preserves the order of deals hidden by those filters.
Good to know
The stage selector remains available for keyboard and smaller-screen use. Priority and ordering affect presentation only; deal ownership and forecast calculations are unchanged.
v0.5.024 September 2026
Shared deal ownership and a faster pipeline
The primary owner remains accountable for the deal. Additional responsible people share visibility and follow-up responsibility without replacing that owner.
- Each deal keeps one primary owner and can include additional responsible teammates. Owner filters include both, so shared opportunities appear for everyone involved.
- Deals can be dragged between pipeline stages on desktop. The stage selector remains available for keyboard use and smaller screens.
- A new company can be created while adding a deal. The company inherits the deal's business and primary owner, and both records save together.
Good to know
The primary owner remains accountable for the deal. Additional responsible people share visibility and follow-up responsibility without replacing that owner.
v0.4.324 September 2026
A friendly Outlook reminder
The reminder appears only when the Outlook connection is available. Connecting remains optional, full emails remain private to their mailbox owner, and the CRM cannot send email.
- After signing in, anyone who has not connected Outlook sees a friendly invitation explaining how mailbox summaries help keep the CRM up to date.
- Maybe later dismisses the invitation for that login. It returns after the next sign-in while Outlook remains disconnected and disappears once connected.
Good to know
The reminder appears only when the Outlook connection is available. Connecting remains optional, full emails remain private to their mailbox owner, and the CRM cannot send email.
Microsoft administrator approval is still required before a team member can complete the connection.
v0.4.224 September 2026
Faster company and contact browsing
Archived companies still appear only in the Archived view. Outlook connection still needs Microsoft administrator approval.
- Companies and Contacts now have a vertical A–Z jump bar that finds the first matching name, even when it falls on a later page.
- View all shows every result matching the current search and filters, with a control to return to 50 results per page.
Good to know
Archived companies still appear only in the Archived view. Outlook connection still needs Microsoft administrator approval.
v0.4.124 September 2026
Verified people profiles
A name alone is not enough to identify a person. Contacts without a clear profile and company match remain blank; this was a targeted pass, not a claim that every contact was checked.
- Public profile search matched 26 contacts to their saved company, adding LinkedIn links to 28 contact records, including two pairs of imported duplicates.
- The three active team members now have LinkedIn profile links, sourced from public Nice Group links or a post identifying the group.
Good to know
A name alone is not enough to identify a person. Contacts without a clear profile and company match remain blank; this was a targeted pass, not a claim that every contact was checked.
The original HubSpot workbook contains no LinkedIn fields. Outlook still needs Microsoft administrator approval.
v0.4.024 September 2026
Company logos and LinkedIn profiles
The original HubSpot workbook has no LinkedIn fields. At release, contact profiles were left blank until they could be matched to public sources.
- Company directory icons use a verified website icon where available, with initials when an icon cannot load. A specific HTTPS logo URL can be entered in the company editor.
- LinkedIn URLs can be saved and opened for companies, contacts and team members. Team members can edit their own profile; administrators can edit current teammates' profiles.
- A one-off website check adds only unambiguous LinkedIn company pages linked from the company's own site and verified icon URLs, leaving existing values untouched.
Good to know
The original HubSpot workbook has no LinkedIn fields. At release, contact profiles were left blank until they could be matched to public sources.
Website icons depend on the source site remaining available; initials appear if an image fails to load. Outlook still needs Microsoft administrator approval.
v0.3.224 September 2026
A tidier company directory
Archiving keeps records and their links. Deals, tasks, notes and invoices remain available; no customer data is deleted.
- Archive a company and hide its linked contacts from the active directories, then restore both from the Archived company view.
- Administrators can add teammates for assignment before their first Microsoft sign-in.
- Historical HubSpot owners are labelled so they cannot be confused with active CRM users.
Good to know
Archiving keeps records and their links. Deals, tasks, notes and invoices remain available; no customer data is deleted.
A pre-added teammate must still sign in with a verified account in the configured Microsoft tenant. Outlook connection still needs Microsoft administrator approval.
v0.3.123 September 2026
A new welcome to Nicegroup
Microsoft sign-in and account permissions are unchanged. Outlook connection still requires Microsoft administrator approval.
- A redesigned sign-in page with a dark video backdrop, prominent welcome message and a clear Microsoft sign-in panel, based on the supplied NiceGroup design.
- Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile, a pause control for the background, and a still background when reduced motion is preferred.
- Help, release notes and the current version remain available in the footer.
Good to know
Microsoft sign-in and account permissions are unchanged. Outlook connection still requires Microsoft administrator approval.
v0.3.022 September 2026
Outlook and AI, ready for your team
Microsoft 365 administrator approval is required for the Outlook app in this tenant. After approval, each person connects their own account from Settings. Real-mail sync and quality testing are pending that approval.
- Outlook connection is optional for each team member. Once connected, eligible email syncs automatically, starting with the previous 12 months.
- AI selects short, source-backed extracts. Known contacts link to shared CRM records; new contacts and uncertain deal links go to the mailbox owner's review queue.
- A scheduled worker runs every minute, with the oldest due connection processed first. Full original emails stay private to their mailbox owner.
- Connection guidance explains what is shared, how to disconnect, and how to resolve Microsoft administrator approval.
Good to know
Microsoft 365 administrator approval is required for the Outlook app in this tenant. After approval, each person connects their own account from Settings. Real-mail sync and quality testing are pending that approval.
AI credentials and model are configured and a synthetic live API test passed. Xero remains unconfigured; historical HubSpot invoice labels are not verified Xero payments.
v0.2.022 September 2026
Your team and HubSpot history, together
Some imported associations need review, including eight conflicting note/deal links. Business affiliations and historical ownership have not been guessed.
- Company Microsoft accounts can join as standard users. Administrators manage roles in Settings → Your team, and role changes are retained on the next sign-in.
- HubSpot history imported: 251 companies, 298 contacts, 1,349 sales deals and 1,041 notes. Nine investor-acquisition deals were excluded; historical owners were preserved.
- A CRM favicon, a versioned footer, release notes and a help centre are now available throughout the workspace.
Good to know
